Tickmill’s Carla Nemr Resigns

Carla Nemr, who has been Tickmill’s Chief Business Development Officer for nearly eight years, announced she is leaving the company. She called her time there a “wonderful chapter.” Nemr started with Tickmill as the Head of Global Business Development in 2017 before becoming Chief Business Development Officer.

On LinkedIn today, Nemr said, “After almost eight wonderful years at Tickmill, it’s time for me to start a new journey. I’ve had an incredible experience and am very grateful for the opportunities, support, and friendships I’ve found here.”

She added, “I’m excited about what’s next, but I will always cherish the memories and relationships I’ve built at Tickmill. Thank you all for being part of this unforgettable chapter in my life.”

Executive Moves at Tickmill

Tickmill recently made some changes in its top management. Nicholas Baumer was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer from his previous role as Chief Marketing Officer. In June, the brokerage announced it was searching for a new CMO to fill Baumer’s old position.

Baumer became CCO after joining Tickmill’s Cyprus offices in November 2020 as CMO. He replaced Marilena Iakovou. Baumer has extensive experience in marketing, having worked with other FX and CFD broker companies. Before joining Tickmill, he spent about five years at BDSwiss.

Enhancement of Copy Trading Services

Tickmill has upgraded its copy trading services by adding SoFinX’s platform. This new platform includes more than 10,000 signal providers. Traders can copy their strategies, which include both short and long positions.

Additionally, Tickmill has introduced interest rates on users’ savings. This allows traders to earn interest on their capital while diversifying their investment portfolios. The interest is available on USD, GBP, and EUR wallets.

End Note

The end of a crucial chapter at Tickmill is marked by the departure of Carla Nemr, who has made huge contributions over the past eight years. As she anticipates fresh opportunities, the company keeps developing through changes in top leadership as well as improvements in its services and this guarantees an exciting future for it.
